How does it work?
I create a custom-designed coaching program exclusively for you. This includes a personal development plan that will enable you to self-reflect and self-correct as you develop new competencies and embody a new way of being. Your personal development needs will determine the length of your program – i.e. either 4 months, 6 months or one year.
I do my best to accommodate your unique needs, outcomes and schedule.
My coaching is based on mutual trust and respect. I include body-mind-spirit practices that will equip you to embody changes that are long lasting and integrated into your way of being. Throughout your coaching program, I partner with you to build your competence and capacity so that you can embrace your life with greater self-acceptance, clearer choice and hopeful expectation!
Compassionate and powerful coaching conversations
My deep compassion will put you at ease very quickly as we explore what matters to you most, and I will facilitate insights that will surprise and inspire you along the way!
During our sessions, whether face-to-face, on Skype, or over the telephone, we explore what is going on in your current life experience. Through reflection, discussion and experiential activities, we explore the terrain of your inner world to help you make sense of your outer world.

Through many years of supporting leaders and individuals I have come to appreciate the immense courage and resilience of my clients.
I offer a free 45-min initial consultation, as an opportunity for you to meet me before taking the important first step. We can meet in person if you are in Vancouver, or connect on Skype or on the telephone, if you live elsewhere. (I have a couple of US clients with whom I interact using Skype, so this is a great option! )
